Omni Development Company, Inc. acted as the developer and construction manager for the owner (Barton Associates L.P., an Omni entity). Omni completely renovated the existing 26,000 square foot, two-story building, including all new plumbing, electric service, windows, landscaping, building façade, elevators and expanded parking. Bio-Medical Applications of New York, Inc., a dialysis center, occupies a 20,000 square foot building addition that was completed in February 2000.

The Omni Professional Center, which offers affordable Class “A” medical/professional office space with interiors built-to-suit from 2,500 to 30,000 rentable square feet, is in an excellent location near major hospitals, medical facilities, colleges and downtown Albany.
