Lisa Reddy is the Vice President of Administration, Human Resources & Systems for the Omni Group of Companies, including Omni Development Company, Inc., Omni Management Group, Ltd. and Omni Housing Development LLC. Ms. Reddy has been with the organization since 1988, assuming increasing responsibilities in the administration, human resources, risk management and information technology departments. During her tenure, as the firm has achieved extraordinary growth, it has been her primary mission to maintain a proficient and professional business environment while identifying short and long-term policies for streamlining and implementation in all departments.

Ms. Reddy is involved in all aspects of the business and has been active in creating, organizing and executing administration, human resources, risk management and technology related policies. Ms. Reddy has a wide variety of responsibilities including providing consultation to and leadership for senior staff members and their management teams, advising on organization and business issues, including needs assessment, transition planning and problem solving as well as development of positive and proactive employee relations, effective communications, employee advocate role, participative management, interpreting company policies and procedures, employee development, compensation and benefits and training design.

With a wide array of computer expertise, she also supervises and maintains the telecommunications, computer networking and information technology systems. Ms. Reddy is also involved in a variety of daily financial activities and has been a notary public since 1991.

Ms Reddy serves as Immediate Past Chair of Girls Incorporated® of the Greater Capital Region and Board Member of Albany Center Gallery. Ms. Reddy is also a long-standing active member of several committees including the Senior Services of Albany Travers Wine Tasting Planning Committee, the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York Annual Auction Committee and the Woman Against Multiple Sclerosis (WAMS) Luncheon Committee.
