Omni Management Group, Ltd. (OMG) provides complete financial management services which provides the necessary financial controls and reporting for property income and expenses.

OMG provides the following financial reports:

Statement of Receipts and Disbursements for the current month and year to date and a prior year comparative analysis when available. This statement may be prepared for each facility as well as on a consolidated basis.
Budget Comparison Report
Actual and Budget including a narrative report of significant variances.
Statement of Capital Expenditures
Energy Analysis
Actual/Budget Comparison as well as a comparative graphical presentation.

On an annual basis OMG will submit, prior to October 31, an annual operating and capital budget prepared on a monthly basis. These budgets, when approved by the Owner, will serve as the comparative data for the monthly reporting of actual costs.
